Mary E. Carver

Mary Elizabeth Carver, 79, Mauckport, died Saturday, April 3, 2010, in New Salisbury.
Born May 21, 1930, in Harrison County, she was the son of the late Herman and Agnes Bean Reed.
She was retired from Keller Manufacturing Co. in Corydon and was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Central and the VFW Post 2950 Ladies Auxiliary in Corydon.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. (Jeep) Carver, and five brothers, Lawrence, Lewis, Howard, Earl and Jimmy Reed.
Survivors include a son, Terry E. Carver of Mauckport; a brother, Herman Reed of Palmyra; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, April 7, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Wednesday, April 7, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Central Cemetery.
Officiants: The Revs. Lary Cropper and John Rowe.
Pallbearers: Alan, Kevin and Stephen Reed, Gary Hottle, Larry Nolot and Charles Domalewski.
Honorary pallbearers: Michael and Desirae Davis and James Matthew and Bradlee Craig.
The family suggests memorial gifts to her church.
