UPDATE: Change in sewer project meeting date

The Harrison County Regional Sewer District last Wednesday finalized the voting packet for the 19 business property owners involved in the proposed New Salisbury sanitary sewer project. And the board directed Bob Woosley, the district’s consultant from Heritage Engineering, to mail the packets as soon as possible.
The board will hold a public meeting Tuesday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. in the New Salisbury United Methodist Church sanctuary, off S.R. 135 south of the intersection, to discuss the voting packets. (The meeting was originally scheduled for Nov. 19). The informational meeting will be for the business property owners involved in the plan, but anyone is welcome to attend.
The ballots with a favorable or unfavorable vote for the project will be due Nov. 30.
