Brian Keith McClelland, 63, Crandall, died Monday, Sept. 21, 2009, of traumatic brain injury at University Hospital in Louisville.
Born April 22, 1946, in Speedway, he was the son of the late George I. and M. Madge Flake McClelland.
He was the chief engineer for Harbor Management Co. at the E-on US Center in Louisville and an active member of Pfrimmer’s Chapel United Methodist Church near Corydon.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Scott.
Survivors include his wife, the former Barbara McHenry; a daughter, Brianne McClelland of Greenwood; and a sister, Janet Brown of Indianapolis.
Visitation: Friday, Sept. 25, from noon to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Sept. 26, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Saturday, Sept. 26, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Bethlehem Cemetery in Crandall.
Officiant: Pastor Tim Johnson.
Pallbearers: Michael and Jeffrey McClelland, Mark Resler, Richard Fullenwieder, Carl Duley and Ben Jones.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Pfrimmer’s Chapel United Methodist Church or to the George I McClelland Scholarship Fund in care of Speedway High School.
