Calvin E. Voyles

Calvin E. (Pete) Voyles, 59, Corydon, died Thursday, July 30, 2009, at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville.
Born Sept. 20, 1949, in Washington County, he was the son of the late Emerson and Leona Mae Sturms Voyles.
He was retired from the Indiana Department of Transportation and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Central.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Carol Byerley.
Survivors include his wife, the former Linda C. Reed; three sons, Mike and Scott Voyles, both of Ramsey, and Jeff Voyles of Palmyra; two sisters, Donna Dohoney and Dorothy Bosler, both of Fredericksburg; and six grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, July 31, from 5 to 8 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 1, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday, Aug. 2, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Sunday, Aug. 2, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Kays Chapel Cemetery near Fredericksburg.
Officiant: The Rev. Gilbert Duley.
Pallbearers: Kevin Rogers, Jeremy Cox, Jason Cox, Justin Cox, Mark Farris and Jim Reed.
Honorary pallbearer: Roger Reed.
