Patrick O. Kelley, 81, Elizabeth, died Tuesday, July 14, 2009, at his home.
Born Feb. 8, 1928, in Friendly, W.Va., he was the son of the late Ray and Adda Norman Kelley.
He was a World War II Navy veteran, where he was secretary to the Admiral on the USS Prairie who assisted in the nuclear testing at Bikini Atoll; was a self-employed barber and a real estate agent for Guida Realty Co. in Weirton, W.Va., and a Prudential Insurance agent for Prudential Bache Securities; held 11 power licenses in the United States; was a founding father and a deacon at Trinity Lutheran Church in Weirton; and was a 50-year member of New Cumberland (W.Va.) Masonic Lodge.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen Deaki of Elizabeth and Shirley Ann Misselwitz; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be private.
