Kimberly S. Zehr

Kimberly Sue Johnson Zehr, 41, Eckerty, died Thursday, May 28, 2009, at 5 a.m. at her home.
Born Nov. 20, 1967, in Floyd County, she was the daughter of Randy Johnson of Orleans and Carol Sue Eckerty of Wickliffe.
She was formerly employed at Johnson’s Carpet in Orleans, was a member of International Bow Hunter’s Association and Archery Shooter’s Association and was a World Champion Archer (Women’s Division) in 1993.
Survivors include her husband, Dereck Zehr; two children, Dustin Mason and Jordan Zehr, both of Eckerty; a grandmother, Pauline Dailey of English; six step-brothers, James Eckerty of Evansville, Rodney, Bob and Tommy Eckerty, all of Grand Rapids, Mich., Kim Eckerty of French Lick and Tyson Asbury of Orleans; and a step-sister, Debbie Smith of Paoli.
Funeral: Sunday, May 31, at Denbo Funeral Home in English with burial in Mather’s Chapel Cemetery.
Officiant: Brother Al Madden.
