Ronald D. Booher

Ronald Dale Booher, 48, Georgetown, died Friday, April 3, 2009, at University Hospital in Louisville.
Born March 10, 1961, in Louisville, he was the son of Gloria Higginbotham Booher Sullivan of New Albany and the late Willie Booher.
He was a spot paint repairman at Ford Motor Co. in Louisville and a member and chief of the Palmyra Volunteer Fire Department for more than a decade.
Survivors besides his mother include a daughter, Amanda Booher of Corydon; his stepfather, Lawrence Sullivan of New Albany; and a sister, Barbara Walker of New Albany.
Visitation: Monday, April 6, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, April 7, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, April 8, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Georgetown.
Funeral: Wednesday, April 8, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Wolfe Cemetery in Georgetown.
Officiant: The Rev. Lawrence Hoffman.
Pallbearers: Jeff Sarles, James Brown, Ronnie Baumgart, Kevin Robbeloth, Ryan Johnson and Mark Dunlap.
Honorary pallbearer: John Wolfe.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the WHAS Crusade for Children.
