Helen E. Trowbridge

Helen E. Trowbridge, 87, Palmyra, died Sunday, Nov. 30, 2008, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville.
She was a homemaker and a member of Palmyra United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Homer and Verda Stoneburner; her husband of 61 years, Norris Trowbridge; a sister, Evelyn Gurthet; and a grandson, Mark Trowbridge.
Survivors include three sons, Don Trowbridge of North Port, Fla., Harvey Trowbridge of Palmyra and Marvin Trowbridge of Chattanooga, Tenn.; a daughter, Cathy Clifton of Brandon, Miss.; two sisters, Phyllis Holt of South Bend and Eileen Klinedinst of Plymouth; a brother, Homer Stoneburner of Plymouth; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, Dec 3, from 4 to 8 p.m. at Love Funeral Home in Palmyra.
Funeral: Thursday, Dec. 4, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Palmyra Cemetery.
