Harold R. Pavey

Harold Ray Pavey, 74, Hardinsburg, died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2008, at 7 a.m. at his home.
Born Nov. 19, 1933, in Hardinsburg, he was the son of the late Harrington and Clara Alice Ridener Pavey.
He was a retired security guard for Clark Security of Corydon and a member of Home Mission Church in Hardinsburg.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Margaret Stucker; four brothers, Jim, Bill, Arthur and Stanley Pavey; and a granddaughter, Nathsa Nicole Manus.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, the former Wanda Mae Tindall; three daughters, Cheryl Spicer of Owenton, Ky., and Kim Holloway and Michelle Pavey, both of Hardinsburg; a son, Wendall Pavey of Hardinsburg; a sister, Martha Evelyn Harris of New Salisbury; three brothers, Lee Pavey of Milltown and Raymond and Delbert Pavey, both of Hardinsburg; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Graveside service: Thursday, Nov. 13, at Hardinsburg Cemetery.
Officiant: Brother Henry Beatty.
