Charles Everett Warrick, 79, Mauckport, died Monday, Nov. 10, 2008, at his home.
Born Nov. 22, 1928, in Rush County, he was the son of the late Vera Mae Noble and Charles Warrick.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean War, a retired laundry manager at Methodist Hospital in Louisville, and a lifetime member of the VFW Post 2950 in Corydon, Corydon American Legion and the Kentucky Colonels.
Survivors include his wife, the former Elizabeth Ann Mitchell; a son, Charles P. Warrick of Jeffersonville; three daughters, Cathy Reynolds of Louisville, Charlotta Behr of Mauckport and Annette Mathis of Clarksville; a brother, Forrest Warrick of Brownsburg; nine grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
Visitation: Tuesday, Nov. 11, from 4 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 12, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Nov. 13, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Thursday, Nov. 13, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Scottsburg Cemetery.
Officiant: Chaplain John Helm.
Pallbearers: Mark, Luke and Matthew Reynolds, Dustin Behr, Jimmy Hall and Charles Rigsby.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Vista Care Hospice.
