Bernadine Fisher

Bernadine (Bernie) Fisher, 72, Greenville, died Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born Sept. 28, 1935, in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Mila Whetsel.
She was a retired nurse and a homemaker.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Diana Gayle Fisher.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years James. E. (Jim) Fisher; three children, James (Mike) Fisher of Evansville, Wis., Carol Sue Broadus of Georgetown and Jennifer E. Fisher of Jeffersonville; a brother, Jimmie Lee Whetsel of Evansville; and two grandchildren.
Funeral: Saturday, May 31, at Kraft Funeral Service in New Albany.
Cremation was chosen.
