Mabel B. Bischoff

Mabel B. Bischoff, 90, formerly of Okolona, Ky., died Monday, March 31, 2008, at Autumn Woods Health Campus in New Albany.
Born May 21, 1917, in Halfway, Ariz., she was the daughter of the late Oscar and Maggie Hignight.
She retired from the old Taylor Drug Store after being a homemaker, and was a beautician and shop owner.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by five siblings, Joe and Ed Hignight, Billie Weakley, Beryl Lewallen and Mae Garrett.
Survivors include three daughters, Deanna Bischoff of Louisville, Cheryl Coyle of Copley, Ohio, and Karen Lambertus of Corydon; two sons, James Bischoff of Fayetteville, Ga., and Edgar (Ed) Bischoff Jr. of Englewood, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: Saturday, April 5, at St. Rita Catholic Church with burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens West.
Arrangements: Embry-Bosse Funeral Home in Louisville.
