Lula (Bea) Yager, 95, Corydon, died Sunday, March 30, 2008, at Harrison Health and Rehabilitation Centre in Corydon.
Born Sept. 17, 1912, in West Point, Ky., she was the daughter of the late William Henry and Mary Alice Cundiff Jupin.
She was a retired packer operator at Phillip Morris Tobacco Co. in Louisville and a member of the Methodist faith.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward L. Yager; two brothers, John Henry Reesor and William Jupin; two sisters, Cornelia Miller and Della Stevenson; and a grandson, Butch Hendricks.
Survivors include a son, Ronald E. Hendricks of Corydon; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandson.
Visitation: Tuesday, April 1, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, April 2, after 8 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Wednesday, April 2, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville.
