Paul F. Bour, 80, Elizabeth, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2008, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born May 27, 1927, in Elizabeth, he was the son of the late Robert Francis and Jessie Blunk Bour.
He was an electrician for the old U.S. Steel in New Albany.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Bour, and a sister, Phyllis Blackman.
Survivors include his wife, the former Doloris Riley; a daughter, Ruthann McDaniel of Orlando, Fla.; two stepsons, Keith Sullivan of Nashville, Tenn., and Kevin Sullivan of Indianapolis; a stepdaughter, Tresa Ballou of Elizabeth; a sister, Opal Sieboldt of Elizabeth; three grandchildren; eight stepgrandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Saturday, Jan. 5, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 6, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 7, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Monday, Jan. 7, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Bethesda Cemetery in Elizabeth.
Officiant: The Rev. Stephen Spencer.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Heart Association or National Kidney Foundation.
