Timothy Howard Brunmeier


Timothy Howard (Tim) Brunmeier, 19, Georgetown, died Saturday, Aug. 11, 2007, at University Hospital in Louisville from injuries sustained in a traffic crash.
Born Sept. 28, 1987 in Winfield, Ill., he was the son of Dan and Tess Gitter Brunmeier of Georgetown.
He was a member of Trinity Assembly of God in Corydon and Northside Christian Church in New Albany, an employee of Target, an assistant drum instructor of the Scottsburg High School marching band, a student at Indiana University Southeast, a former member of Floyd Central Marching Highlanders, was active in the Floyd Central theater department and was a 2006 Project Excel award winner.
He was preceded in death by a grandmother, Myra Brunmeier.
Survivors besides his parents include three brothers, David, Jon and Derek Brunmeier; a sister, Beth Brunmeier; his grandparents, Thomas and Louise Gitter and Howard Brunmeier, all of Madison, Wis.
Visitation: Monday, Aug. 13, from 1 to 8 p.m. at Generations Funeral Home in New Albany.
Funeral: Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 11 a.m. at Northside Christian Church in New Albany.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Teen Challenge of Louisville or the Floyd Central High School Marching Highlanders.
