Marion L. Wrege May, 86, New Albany, formerly of Wilmington, Del., died Thursday, July 26, 2007, in Kennett Square, Pa.
A native of New Albany, she was the daughter of the late John L. Wrege and Mary Renn.
She was a member of St. Mark’s United Church of Christ, a 1943 graduate of DePauw University, a member of Hanover Presbyterian Church, a former Girl Scout leader, a guide at the Delaware Nature Center and a volunteer for social services at Wilmington Hospital.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia May.
Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Wayne May; three daughters, Marietta Willman of Floyds Knobs, Jeralyn Klasik of Claremont, Calif., and Pamela May Henderson of Nevada; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Committal service: Tuesday, Aug. 14, at 11 a.m. at Chapel of Memories at Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
