Rosetta M. Crosby

Rosetta Margaret Crosby, 78, Lanesville, died Friday, July 13, 2007, at Green Valley Care Center in New Albany.
Born Sept. 2, 1928, in Harrison County, she was the daughter of the late Harley T. and Alma S. Richard Bell.
She was retired from Paramount Plywood in New Albany and a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church near Lanesville.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and five sisters.
Survivors include three sons, Gary Crosby of Depauw, and Steve and Tim Crosby, both of Elizabeth; a daughter, Sondra Cooper of Lanesville; a sister, Alda (Tippi) Smith of New Albany; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Sunday, July 15, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon with burial in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.
Officiant: Pastor Jeffrey Otto.
Pallbearers: John and Chuck Crosby, Michael and Matt Cooper, Troy Gaines and Derrick VanCleve.
The family suggests memorial gifts to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church.
