Luana Yeager
Luana Yeager, 81, New Albany, died Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
A native of Oakland City, the former Luana Goldman, she was a homemaker, and a member of Gideon’s Auxiliary, New Albany-Floyd County Schools Faculty Wives and Graceland Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas W. (Tom) Yeager; three sons, Dan Yeager of Hinckley, Ill., Steve Yeager of Georgetown and Mike Yeager of Memphis; a brother, Bill Goldman of North Carolina; a sister, Thelma Smith of Oakland City; nine grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
Visitation: Thursday, June 7, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes and Friday, June 8, after 9 a.m. at Graceland Baptist Church in New Albany.
Funeral: Friday, June 8, at 10 a.m. at the church with interment at Abundant Life Cemetery in New Albany.
