Tabitha Blankenship

Tabitha Reid Blankenship, 35, Lanesville, died Friday, May 11, 2007, at Floyd Memorial Hospital and Health Services in New Albany.
Born Oct. 26, 1971, in New Albany, she was a homemaker and a former employee of Green Valley Care Center in New Albany and Indian Creek Convalescent Center in Corydon.
She was preceded in death by her adoptive father, Lee R. Reid Sr., and her grandmother, Beulah Spencer.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Blankenship; a son, Cody Blankenship of Lanesville; two daughters, Heather Cooper and Courtney Blankenship, both of Lanesville; her mother and stepfather, James and Anna Lames Morber of Pekin; her biological father, Michael Caudill of Nicholasville, Ky.; and a brother, Lee R. Reid Jr. of Jeffersonville.
Visitation: Monday, May 14, from noon to 8 p.m. and Tuesday, May 15, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Tuesday, May 15, at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home with private burial.
