Rita K. Adams

Rita Kay Adams, 57, Depauw, died Sunday, May 13, 2007, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
Born Oct. 10, 1949, in Marengo, she was the daughter of the late Arthur E. and Charlotte J. Jones Bye.
She was a Christian and an employee of Tyson Foods in Corydon.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Randall Bye.
Survivors include her husband, Gilbert F. Adams; a son, Christopher M. Adams of Corydon; a daughter, Angela D. Ray of Depauw; a brother, Richard Dale Bye of Paoli; and a sister, Peggy A. Wilder of Paoli.
Visitation: Monday, May 14, from from 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 15, from 1 to 8 p.m. and Wednesday, May 16, after 10 a.m. at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Funeral: Wednesday, May 16, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home followed by burial in Marengo Cemetery.
Officiant: The Rev. Tony Nokes.
