Larry E. Juve

Larry E. Juve, 75, New Salisbury, died Wednesday, April 18, 2007, at his home.
A native of Bottineau County, N.D., he was the son of the late Orlando E. and Edna Juve.
He was a veteran of the Korean War who served eight years in the Army; retired after 26 years with Corhart Refractories, a division of Corning Glass Works, where he was a quality control and process engineer; was a member of Shively F&AM Lodge 951 and American Legion Dixie Post 220, both in Louisville; and a Lutheran.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Henry (Bud) Juve.
Survivors include his wife of 50 years, the former Emily E. Pharris; and a sister, Eileen Soland of Phoenix.
Visitation: Saturday, April 21, 5 to 8 p.m., Sunday, April 22, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and after 10 a.m. Monday, April 23, at the Kraft Spring Street Chapel of Kraft Funeral Service in New Albany.
Funeral: Monday, April 23, at 2 p.m at the funeral home with interment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West with full military honors.
Memorial gifts: to Vista Care Hospice in Jeffersonville.
