Cleo C. Dooley

Cleo C. Dooley, 88, New Albany, died Wednesday, March 21, 2007, at Lincoln Hills Health Center.
The former Cleo Longest, she was a native of English, and a member of Greenville Methodist Church and VFW Hobart Beach Post 1693.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry C. Dooley; her parents, Coy and Resse Longest; and two sisters, Cory Steepro and Nelly Keith.
Survivors include a son, Donald Dooley of Georgetown; four half-brothers, Roy Longest of Marengo, Richard Longest of New Salisbury, Johnnie Longest of Paoli and Hershel Longest of St. Louis; two sisters, Verona Sheehan of Jeffersonville and Esther Knight of English; a half-sister, Sylvia Jean Grubbs of Cypress, Texas; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Friday, March 23, from 2 to 8 p.m. at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes in New Albany with burial in SCI-Graceland Memorial Park.
Funeral: Saturday, March 24, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with burial at SCI-Graceland Memorial Park.
The family suggests memorial gifts to Greenville United Methodist Church.
