James A. (Buddy) Wright

James A. (Buddy) Wright, 86, New Middletown, died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville. A native of Garnettsville, Ky., he was born Jan. 8, 1921, to the late Charles E. and Lillian Tindall Wright. He was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Willadean Gusler Wright and Brittie Denton Wright; five brothers, William, Edwin, Curtis, Alvin and Russell Wright; a sister, Elsie Hasher; a half brother, Charles E. Wright Jr.; and a half sister, Mary Mason.
Survivors include his daughter, Deanna Brock of New Middletown; two grandchildren; and a half sister, Francis Deweese of Clarksville.
Visitation: Friday, Feb. 16, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 17, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Saturday, Feb. 17, at the funeral home with burial in Memorial Cemetery near Laconia.
Officiants: Brother Rollie Collins and Sister Susan Phillips.
Pallbearers: Otis Kerr, Alvin Greer, LeRoy Cannon, Brian and Andrew Uhl, Steve Arnold, Jason Broadus, Gary Wright and Eddie Wright.
