Paul E. Harbeson

Paul E. Harbeson, 72, New Albany, died early Friday morning, Feb. 9, 2007, at Wedgewood Healthcare Center in Clarksville.
A native of Corydon, he was a former employee of the old Imco Plastics Co. in Jeffersonville and a delivery driver for the old Helms Gas Co. in Lanesville, a member of VFW Post 3281 Men’s Auxiliary in New Albany and a longtime member of Pfrimmer’s Chapel United Methodist Church near Corydon.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Judith A. Cochran, and several brothers and sisters.
Survivors include a daughter, Paula Marie Thompson, and five brothers, Howard, Claude, Lamoine, Donald and Joseph Harbeson.
Visitation: Monday, Feb. 12, after 10 a.m. at the Market Street Chapel of Seabrook Dieckmann & Naville Funeral Homes in New Albany.
Funeral: Monday, Feb. 12, at 1 p.m. with burial Pfrimmer’s Chapel Cemetery near Corydon.
The family suggests memorial gifts to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn.
