Jerry D. Allard
Jerry D. Allard, 57, Leopold, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2007, at his home.
Born Feb. 16, 1949, in Tell City, he was the son of the late Gene and Jessie Harpe Allard.
He was an Air Force veteran who served in Vietnam, and a member of American Legion Post 133 in Alton and the National Rifle Association.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Rhea Dawn Allard.
Survivors include two sons, Darrel Allard of English and Sam Allard of Leopold; a sister, Colleen Gaichin of Oriole; a brother, Robert G. Allard Jr. of Derby; and two grandchildren.
Visitation: Sunday, Jan. 7, from 2 to 8 p.m. and Monday, Jan. 8, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Huber Funeral Home’s Tell City Chapel.
Funeral: Monday, Jan. 8, at 1 p.m. at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Leopold with burial in Derby Cemetery with military graveside rites.
