Earl L. Eickelberger

Earl L. Eickelberger, 58, Hardinsburg, died at 1:45 p.m. Oct. 10, 2006, at his home.
Born June 23, 1948, in Paoli, he was the son of Hazel Baylor Eickelberger of Paoli and the late Chester Eickelberger.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, retired from Kimball Inc. of Borden and was a member of the Moose Lodge in Salem.
Survivors besides his mother include his wife of 38 years, the former Rhonda Sprinkle; a daughter, Mary Gale Joseph of Marengo; a son, Robert Eickelberger of English; two brothers, Merle Eickelberger, his twin, and Jim Eickelberger, both of Salem; two sisters, Doris Atchley of Salem and Rita Tucker of Greenville; and a granddaughter.
Visitation: Friday, Oct. 13, from noon to 1 p.m. at McAdams Mortuary in Paoli.
Memorial service: Friday, Oct. 13, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with cremains placed at Oak Grove Cemetery at Hardinsburg.
Officiant: Brother James McDonald.
