Karen M. Peppel

Karen M. Peppel, 64, Crandall, died Sunday, Oct. 8, 2006, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.
Born Dec. 21, 1941, in Leetonia, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Victor Peppel and Marie McNamera Peppel Cosma.
She was an employee in housekeeping and environmental services at Caesars Indiana in Bridgeport and attended St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lanesville.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Peppel.
Survivors include two sisters, Marianne Will of Georgetown and Sally Anne Neiheisel of Rogers, Ohio.
Visitation: Friday, Oct. 13, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 14, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Rosary: Friday, Oct. 13, at 7:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
Funeral: Saturday, Oct. 14, at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Lanesville followed by burial in the church cemetery.
Officiant: Father Harold Ripperger.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the Harrison County Animal Control Facility.
