Pauline E. Lang

Pauline E. Lang, 83, Corydon, died Tuesday, Aug. 22, 2006, at the Corydon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
A native of Harrison County, born April 25, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Otto and Cora Pinaire Wiseman.
She was a member of Community of Hope Church of the Nazarene in Corydon and VFW Post 2950 Ladies Auxiliary.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Loren V. Lang, five brothers and four sisters.
Survivors include a son, James V. Lang of Corydon; two daughters, Marilyn Fried of Corydon and Carolyn Bishop of Freeport, Fla.; two sisters, Mary Arnold of Jeffersonville and Elsie Smith of Corydon; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, Aug. 23, from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 24, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, Aug. 25, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Friday, Aug. 25, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home with burial in Heidelberg Cemetery.
Officiant: Pastor Duane Boady.
Pallbearers: Robert E. and Dale Fried, Rusty, Justin and Dustin Pate and Jimmy Lang.
The family suggests memorial gifts to her church.
