Glenn E. Snider Sr.

Glenn E. (Chubby) Snider Sr., 75, New Albany, died Sunday, June 25, 2006, at his home following an illness.
He was a retired employee of t he Coca-Cola Bottling Co. in Louisville and a former employee of J.O. Endris & Sons Jewelers in New Albany. He was an Army veteran of World War II, and a member of the Wooded View and New Salisbury Golf clubs.
Survivors include his wife, Clara Martin Snider; four daughters, JoAnn Glotzbach, Jean Caesar and Sue Hubbuch, all of New Albany, and Connie L. Brown of Smith’s Grove, Ky.; two sons, Glenn E. Snider Jr. of New Albany and Michael Snider of Jeffersonville; a brother, Carl Snider of Jeffersonville; a sister, Emma Lee Bates of Corydon; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, June 28, from noon to 8 p.m. and Thursday, June 29, after 10 a.m. at Kraft Funeral Service on Charlestown Road in New Albany.
Funeral: Thursday, June 29, at 1 p.m. at Kraft Chapel with private entombment in Kraft-Graceland Memorial Park in New Albany.
