Malcolm A. Pavey

Malcolm Arthur Pavey, 76, Fredericksburg, died Wednesday, June 14, 2006, at 7:51 a.m. at his home after a long illness.
A native of Washington County, born Oct. 27, 1929, he was the son of the late Harrington and Clara Alice Ridener Pavey.
He was a retired machinist for Dover Corp., C. Lee Division in Louisville and a Jehovah’s Witness with the Salem congregation.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Stanley Pavey, and a sister, Mary Stucker.
Survivors include his wife of 56 years, the former Nina Mae Rucker; a son, Charles H. Pavey of Fredericksburg; five brothers, Bill Pavey of Georgetown, Lee Pavey of Milltown, and Ray, Delbert and Raymond Pavey, all of Hardinsburg; and a sister, Martha Harris of Corydon.
Memorial service: Saturday, June 24, at 3 p.m. at Kingdom Hall in Salem.
