David Glen Howerton, 68, Pendleton, Ky., died Thursday, March 30, 2006, in Pendleton.
A native of Crawford County, born June 9, 1937, he was the son of the late David and Marie Chumbley Howerton.
He was employed as a corrections officer with Roederer Complex. He was an Army veteran of the Korean and Vietnam wars, and a member of the Masonic Lodge and VFW.
Survivors include three daughters, Taina Faust of Milltown, Noni Murphy of Hardinsburg and Nina King of Paoli; two brothers, James Howerton of Branchville and Terry Lee Howerton of Crestwood, Ky.; three sisters, Rosie Bowman and Sherry Marsh, both of New Albany, and Helen Lynch of Branchville; his companion, Lynne Drane of Pendleton; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The body was cremated.
