George Dearborn

George W. Dearborn, 57, Corydon, died Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2006, at his home.
A native of Crawford County, born Feb. 22, 1948, he was the son of the late Harry and Minnie Dunn Dearborn.
He was a retired mechanic.
Survivors include his wife, the former Veronica Brooks; a son, Jack L. Dearborn of Battletown, Ky.; three daughters, Jenny R. and Jessica I. Dearborn, both of New Albany, and Jolene R. Aragon of Milltown; four brothers, Harry Dearborn Jr. of English, Billie Lee Dearborn of Taswell, Elmer Leroy Dearborn of Marengo and Roy Scott Dearborn of Milltown; a sister, Vivian Imogene Williams of Marengo, and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, Jan. 5, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, Jan. 6, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Friday, Jan. 6, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Perseverance Chapel Cemetery near Corydon.
Officiant: The Rev. Bill Williams.
Pallbearers: Kenny and Chuckie Dearborn, Justin Brooks, Joey Reas, and Clay and Brent Gilley.
Honorary pallbearers: Chris Sample, Armando Avita and Nicolas Martinez.
