Lois Daugherty

Lois A. Daugherty, 72, Brazil, formerly of Redkey, died Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, at Union Hospital in Terre Haute.
A native of Morley, Tenn., born June 3, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Robert Taylor and Parlee Massengill Andrews.
She retired from Sheller-Globe Manufacturing in Montpelier.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Daugherty, on June 8 1982; a son, Donald E. Daugherty; a brother, Clayton Andrews, and two sisters, Ruth Stivers and Sue Lasley.
Survivors include four sons, Martin J. Daugherty of Knightsville, Scott E. Daughtery of Muncie, Glenn L. Daugherty of Corydon and Byron A. Daugherty of Redkey; a brother, James Andrews of Kingsport, Tenn.; 12 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Friday, Oct. 14, at Cross Funeral Home in LaFollette, Tenn., with burial in Evans Cemetery in Caryville, Tenn.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the Kidney Foundation.
