More than 80 exhibitors will be at Showcase Harrison County

Once again, it’s time to see what Harrison County has to offer.
The Chamber of Commerce of Harrison County will hold its sixth annual Showcase Harrison County on Thursday, Nov. 3, in the Colosseum at Caesars Indiana, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Showcase Harrison County is sponsored by Caesars Indiana, James L. Shireman Inc., Nicholson Printing, Quicksilver Resources Inc., Tyson Foods, Community First Bank, and Stites & Harbison PLLC.
More than 80 exhibitors will display a variety of products and services available in the Harrison County and Southern Indiana areas. The showcase is open to the public; admission and parking are free.
A $1,000 gift certificate for Cruise Planners Unlimited will be given away at the conclusion of Showcase.
Three seminars will be conducted by the Small Business Development Center, at 10 a.m., and 1 and 3 p.m. The topics include ’10 Biggest Secrets of Successful 21st Century Marketing,’ ‘Agritourism ‘ An Emerging Rural Small Business Opportunity,’ and ‘What You Need To Know About The Minority Certification Process.’
The cost is $20 per workshop or $45 for all three. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to receive a refund.
