Gwen Candy Morgan, 53, Corydon, died Monday, Oct. 17, 2005, at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville.
A native of Louisville, born Aug. 2, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Harvey William and Rebecca Thompson Ramsey.
She was employed as a cartiotech for the U.S. Census Bureau in Jeffersonville and a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Eugene Morgan; a son, Rob Southern of New Albany; a daughter, Melanie Southern of Jeffersonville; two stepdaughters, Deborah Shelton of Tucson, Ariz., and Robin Ringuette of Crestview, Fla., and four grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday, Oct. 20, after 9 a.m. at Gehlbach & Royse Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Thursday, Oct. 20, at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Officiant: Bishop Rex Griffith.
