Marilyn New

Marilyn New, 48, New Salisbury, formerly of Shelbyville, Ky., died Sunday, Sept. 18, 2005, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Shelby County, Ky., she was the daughter of Clara Sutherland New of New Salisbury and the late Harry New.
She attended Burks Branch Baptist Church and Palmyra Baptist Church.
Survivors besides her mother include a sister, Gwen New Smith of New Salisbury.
Funeral: Sept. 21 at 2 p.m. at Hall-Taylor Funeral Home in Shelbyville with burial in Dutch Tract Cemetery in Pleasureville, Ky.
Officiants: The Rev. Bill Betts and Dr. Marcus M. Burgher Jr.
