Christine Mann

Christine Mann, 83, Corydon, died Tuesday, May 3, 2005, at Indian Creek Health and Rehabilitation Center in Corydon.
A native of Central, born April 6, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Alva and Aldine Reed Snyder.
She was a member of Community of Hope Church of the Nazarene in Corydon, where she was a former member of the church board, nursing home ministry, Sunday school teacher and ‘Prime time’ director.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Mann; a brother, Cuba Snyder; a sister, Sherley Watson, and a grandson.
Survivors include three sons, Ronald C. Mann of Corydon, Marvin D. Mann of Frankfort, Ky., and Vernon Mann of Corydon; a daughter, Sandra M. Johnson of Corydon; a brother, Carl Snyder of Corydon; six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation: Thursday, May 5, from 6 to 9 p.m. and Friday, May 6, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon, and Saturday, May 7, after 9 a.m. at Community of Hope Church of the Nazarene.
Funeral: Saturday, May 7, at 11 a.m. at the church with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial gifts to her church’s building fund.
