Jay J. Deuser

Jay J. Deuser, 78, Georgetown, died Friday, Feb. 11, 2005, at the Robert E. Lee Retirement Inn in New Albany.
He was a retired machine operator with the old Lynco Corp. in New Albany, an Air Force veteran of World War II and a member of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Alma Deuser, and a brother, Donald Deuser.
Survivors include his wife of 55 years, the former Martha H. Hall; two daughters, Connie Anderson of Floyds Knobs and Sherry Liverman of Virginia Beach, Va.; two brothers, Glenn Deuser of Georgetown and Paul Deuser of Greenville; two sisters, Paulette Coombs of New Salisbury and Peggy Brooner of Georgetown; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
Prayer service: Monday, Feb. 14, at Kraft Funeral Service in New Albany.
