Franklin Salmon, 66, Georgetown, died Saturday, Feb. 5, 2005, at his home.
A native of Hardinsburg, Ky., born Jan. 15, 1939, he was the son of the late Elish and Maude Salmon.
He retired from General Electric Co. in Louisville, where he worked as a repairman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Bonnie Faith.
Survivors include three sons, Franklin Salmon Jr. of Chicago, and James and Richard Salmon, both of Louisville; a daughter, Sherri Huff of Louisville; two stepsons, Mark W. Faith of New Salisbury and Kevin E. Faith of Georgetown; a stepdaughter, Melissa McDaniel of Henryville; a brother, Russell Salmon of Kentucky, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral: Tuesday, Feb. 8, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon with burial in Central Barren Cemetery.
Officiant: Pastor John Beasley.
Pallbearers: Richard and James Salmon, Chad, Drew and Lance Faith, Alan McDaniel, Scott Dunaway and Scott Phipps.
