Ella L. Eckart

Ella Louise Eckart, 70, Corydon, died Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2005, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Louisville, born Feb. 12, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Charles F. and Jennie B. Bell Dorton.
She was a member of Highland Avenue Wesleyan Holiness Church.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Harold Dorton.
Survivors include her husband, Bobby Keith Eckart Sr.; four sons, Bobby Keith Eckart Jr. of Corydon, Dr. Mark S. Eckart of Orleans, James K. Eckart of New Albany and John M. Eckart of Ramsey; two daughters, Debbie Stuart of Seymour and Rachel Stuart of Greensburg; a brother, Charles Dorton of Corydon; a sister, Melvina Smith of Speedway, and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation: Wednesday, Feb. 9, from 6 to 9 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 10, from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday, Feb. 11, after 9 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Friday, Feb. 11, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Keith, Mark, James and John Eckart, and John and Dale Stuart.
