2 men arrested on meth charges

Two men were arrested last week in separate illegal drug activity cases.
Indiana State Police Trooper Josh Banet said Jeff Decker, 39, of the 2900 block of Dixie Road in Harrison Township, was arrested last Wednesday and initially charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of two or more precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of pseudoephedrine and possession of paraphernalia.
Decker, who was on parole at the time of his arrest, was taken to the Harrison County Jail.
A day earlier, John Redden, 48, of the 7000 block of New Amsterdam Road in Washington Township, was arrested.
ISP Trooper Barry Brown said Redden was initially charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of two or more precursors with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia, and illegal dumping of chemical waste.
Redden was also taken to the county jail.
Yesterday afternoon, both Redden and Decker were still being held.
