Starr L. Windell

Starr Lee Windell, 57, Corydon, died Saturday, Jan. 8, 2005, at Baptist Hospital East in Louisville.
A native of Tell City, born April 23, 1947, she was the daughter of June Thomas Mogan-Ramsey of Derby and the late Charles Mogan.
She was a former case manager at the Harrison County Division of Family and Children and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Corydon.
Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Dwight Ramsey.
Survivors besides her mother include her husband, Walter E. Windell; two sons, Jason D. Windell of Fort Sill, Okla., and Zack Windell of Evansville; five brothers, Billy, John, and Charlie Mogan and Darrell Ramsey, all of Derby, and Travis Ramsey of Edwardsville; a sister, Charlene Edwards of Derby, and three grandchildren.
Funeral Mass: Tuesday, Jan. 11, at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial in Derby Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Jason and Zack Windell, Tony and Nathan Mogan, Travis Ramsey and Wesley Edwards.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society.
