Mattie M. Miller

Mattie Marie Miller, 81, Clarksville, died Friday, Dec. 24, 2004, at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville.
A native of Cave City, Ky., born Jan. 13, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Lent Howard and Mattie Price.
She was a homemaker and a member of Ohio Falls United Methodist Church, Phi Beta Psi Theta Upsilon Chapter and Elks Auxiliary 362, and a volunteer at Turning Point.
Survivors include her husband, James H. Miller Sr.; a son, James H. Miller Jr. of Naples, Fla.; two daughters, Julia Ruth Sickles of Gallaway, Ohio, and Cheryl Proctor of Corydon; a sister, Virginia Davis of Port Arthur, Texas; five grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Tuesday, Dec. 28, at Scott Funeral Home in Jeffersonville with burial in Walnut Ridge Cemetery.
