Earl E. Vance
Earl E. Vance, 84, New Salisbury, died Friday, Dec. 24, 2004, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Ramsey, born March 24, 1920, he was the son of the late Carl and Iva Voyles Vance.
He was a retired butcher at Armour and Co., a Navy veteran of World War II and a member of Milltown American Legion and Mount Tabor Church of Christ in Depauw.
He was preceded in death by his wife, the former Valerie M. Bartl; two brothers, Lewis and Lloyd Vance, and a sister, Doris Bary.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis Vance and Michael Beeler, both of Jeffersonville; three daughters, Shirley Binkley of Corydon, Sharon Libka of New Albany and Sue Voyles of Brownsburg; eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Tuesday, Dec. 28, at Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey with burial in Mount Tabor Cemetery.
