James C. Gieg

James C. Gieg, 59, Old Hickory, Tenn., formerly of Corydon, died suddenly Saturday, Nov. 13, 2004, at Summit Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.
A native of Toronto, Canada, born July 29, 1945, he was the son of Grant Gieg of Nashville, Tenn., and the late Jean Gieg.
Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by a son, Richard Martin Gieg.
Survivors besides his father include his wife, the former Darlene Snyder; a son, James Anthony Gieg of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two daughters, Alma Karen Gieg of Old Hickory and Lisa Kay Fetzer of Hendersonville, Tenn.; two brothers, Jerry and Currie Gieg; a sister, Delores Shaw, and three grandchildren.
Memorial service: Saturday, Nov. 20, at 2 p.m. at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Madison.
