Georgia M. Davis

Georgia Mae Davis, 74, Ramsey, died Thursday, Sept. 30, 2004, at her home.
A native of Big Creek, Ky., born Jan. 17, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Ira E. and Ada Baker Sparkman.
She was a homemaker and member of Mount Tabor Church of Christ in Depauw.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles P. Davis, three brothers and two sisters.
Survivors include two sons, Charles R. Davis of New Salisbury and James P. Davis of Ramsey; six daughters, Sharon S. Neafus of Corydon, Carolyn A. Rothrock of Ramsey, Linda J. Flock of New Salisbury, Susan M. Kimpel of Henderson, Tenn., Joyce M. Kincheloe of Mystic, Conn., and Brenda K. Masden of Georgetown; a stepson, Charles P. Davis Jr. of California; a sister, Susie Whittaker of Ramsey; 19 grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral: Sunday, Oct. 3, at Mount Tabor Church of Christ with burial in the church cemetery.
Officiants: Marvin Purkhiser and George McAfee. Arrangements: Swarens Funeral Home in Ramsey.
Pallbearers: Gary and Michael Neafus, Keith, Mark and Todd Davis, Tim Rothrock, Jeremy Hayes, Stephen and Kevin Flock, Kyle Kimpel, Jacob Kincheloe and Justin Davis.
