Jack Stroud Sr.

A native of English, born May 5, 1939, he was the son of the late Leo Edward and Sylvia B. Bye Stroud.
He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam war, a retired inspector for the truck and bus division at General Motors Corp. in Indianapolis and a member of Milltown American Legion Post 332.
Survivors include two sons, Jackie D. Stroud Jr. of Peoria, Ariz., and Jon D. Stroud of Milltown; a daughter, Tina I. Enstrom of Mooresville; three sisters, Faye Goss, Mae Seacat and Marlene (Doodie) Green, all of Milltown; three brothers, Darrell and Terry Stroud, both of Milltown, and Edward Stroud of Birdseye, and eight grandchildren.
Visitation was yesterday and will be today (Wednesday) from 9 a.m. until time of service at Brown-Newkirk Funeral Home in Milltown.
The funeral will be today at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Union Chapel Cemetery. Debbie Payne will officiate
