Sandra L. Stonecipher

Sandra Lynn Craig Stonecipher, 47, New Albany, died Thursday, July 22, 2004, at Nash General Hospital in Rocky Mount, N.C.
She was a project engineer for VCC Construction Co., a Navy veteran, and attended Covenant Christian Church in Clarksville.
Survivors include her husband, John Stonecipher; a son, Shane Matthew Smith of New Albany; a daughter, Shannon Marie Dewberry of New Albany; two stepsons, John E. Stonecipher Jr. and Adam D. Williams, both of New Albany; a stepdaughter, Rebecca I. Salkeld of Charlestown; her parents, Gerald Craig of St. Louis, Mo., and Joan Hubbard of Corydon; two brothers, Dennis L. Craig of Lanesville and Douglas Edwin Craig of Placentia, Calif.; four sisters, Sue Ellen Branham of New Albany, Leah Ann Kaczmark of Baraboo, Wis., Edwina Marie Shingleton of Sellersburg and Patricia Jo Schutz of Baraboo, and seven grandchildren.
Funeral: Monday, July 26, at Kraft Funeral Service in New Albany with cremation to follow.
The family suggests memorial gifts to the American Cancer Society.
