Anita K. Devore

Anita Kay DeVore, 51, Depauw, died Friday, July 23, 2004, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Harrison County, born Sept. 12, 1952, she was the daughter of Faye Lang Quebbeman of Corydon and the late John L. Quebbeman.
She was a former employee at the old Wenning’s meatpacking plant in Central Barren and Blue Cross Blue Shield in Louisville, and was a member of VFW Post 2950 Ladies Auxiliary in Corydon and Hursttown United Methodist Church near Corydon.
Survivors besides her mother include her husband, Raymond W. DeVore; two sons, Matthew W. and Jonathan W. DeVore, both at home; a brother, Walter McCollum of Rensselaer, and a grandson.
Funeral: Sunday, July 25, at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon with burial in Hursttown Cemetery.
Officiant: The Rev. Rod Shelton.
Pallbearers: Matthew and Christopher DeVore, Travis Crawford, Terry and Randy Lang, and Greg and Michael McCollum.
