Peggy J. Tidwell
Peggy J. Tidwell, 44, Corydon, died Sunday, May 30, 2004, at Harrison County Hospital in Corydon.
A native of Harrison County, born Sept. 17, 1959, she was the daughter of the late Roscoe and Mary Wilson Blackman.
She was a member of Trinity Assembly of God Church in Corydon and HEART animal rescue organization.
Survivors include two sons, Joseph D. Tidwell III of New Salisbury and Roscoe E. Tidwell of Georgia; three brothers, Melvin Blackman of Corydon, Jim Blackman of Auburndale, Fla., and John Blackman of Federal Way, Wash,; three sisters, Clairetta Bickel and Polly Weis, both of Corydon, and Patricia Reeves of Indian Springs, Nev., and two granddaughters.
Visitation: Wednesday, June 2, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Thursday, June 3, after 8 a.m. at Beanblossom-Cesar Funeral Home in Corydon.
Funeral: Thursday, June 3, at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with burial in Bethesda Cemetery near Elizabeth. Officiant: The Rev. Alvin Wilson.
